Depending on the selected journey, TALANTLERS may process contact details, order and billing data, questionnaire responses, questions, CVs or other professional documents, AssessFirst reports, email exchanges, personalised video and information needed for outplacement. Please provide only information that is strictly necessary and avoid sensitive data or unnecessary third-party data.
03Purposes and legal bases
Data are used to answer enquiries, prepare or perform a contract, collect and document payment, deliver files, analyse the submitted situation, produce the Loom video, provide follow-up and handle complaints. Depending on the situation, processing relies on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, the legitimate interest in securing and managing the activity, or consent where required. No electronic marketing is sent without an appropriate legal basis.
04Tools and recipients
Data are available only to people who need them within TALANTLERS and, depending on the journey, to the following providers: Stripe for payment and billing; WeTransfer for booklet delivery; Tally for the questionnaire and files; Loom, an Atlassian service, for video; Microsoft 365 for email and working documents; AssessFirst for assessments; and OpenAI ChatGPT Sites for website publication. Each provider processes data according to its role and contractual commitments.
05International transfers
Some providers may process data from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required by the GDPR, these transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism. Provider policies contain further details about processing locations and safeguards.
06Retention periods
- Order, invoice and payment records: for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.
- Tally questionnaire and documents used for the personalised response: while the service is delivered, then deleted from working systems within 30 days of video delivery or completion of the clarification, subject to provider technical backups.
- Loom video: one year from delivery, then deleted or access withdrawn.
- AssessFirst reports received by TALANTLERS: no more than one year, unless earlier deletion is requested or another obligation applies.
- Contact enquiries and outplacement opportunities that do not proceed: as needed for follow-up, then no more than two years after the last exchange.
Security and confidentiality
TALANTLERS limits access, uses authentication-protected services and favours private links for videos and documents. No system removes all risk; if an incident creates a risk for individuals, the measures and notifications required by the GDPR will be applied.
08AssessFirst assessments
SWIPE, DRIVE and BRAIN questionnaires generate profile and matching information. They support self-awareness and application coaching. TALANTLERS does not use them alone to make an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. AssessFirst provides its own privacy information within its journey.
09Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Send requests to
dpo@talantlers.com. Evidence of identity will be requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the
Luxembourg National Commission for Data Protection.
Cookies and analytics
Atomic Candidate does not currently deploy its own audience analytics or advertising cookies. External services opened from the website may set their own cookies under their policies. If non-essential analytics are added, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

This policy may change when the offers, tools or legal requirements change. The publication date appears at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate channel.
