Scope

These terms apply to online orders placed by consumers or professionals. Placing an order means accepting the terms in force at the time of payment. The essential characteristics, total price and delivery arrangements are presented on the website and in the payment journey before purchase.
03

€49 Booklet including VAT

The purchase includes the French and English versions of the Atomic Candidate Booklet as PDF files. Both files are for personal use. They cover eight modules on career direction, the Luxembourg market, networking, job-search organisation, CV and LinkedIn, interviews, negotiation and integration.
04

€129 video response including VAT

The service lets the client submit up to three related questions concerning the same professional situation and, where needed, up to three relevant documents. TALANTLERS provides a personalised private Loom video response in French or English lasting 15 to 30 minutes, together with any resources considered relevant and one written clarification. It does not include a live meeting or the complete rewriting of a document unless expressly stated in the response.
05

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices shown are total prices including VAT. The applicable VAT rate and amount depend on the nature of the offer and, where relevant, the client’s status or country; they are shown in the payment journey or invoice. Neither offer includes a subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is collected once by Stripe, either directly or within the WeTransfer journey.
06

Order and invoice

The client must provide a valid email address and the requested billing details. The order becomes final once payment is validated. For the €129 offer, the email used in Tally must match the payment email so the order can be identified. An invoice or payment record is supplied according to the settings configured in Stripe. Invoice requests may be sent to the commercial contact.
07

Booklet delivery

Both PDF files become available in WeTransfer after payment has been validated. The client must download and retain them during the access period stated by WeTransfer. If a link is inaccessible or a file is incomplete or corrupted, TALANTLERS will provide renewed access or a conforming file after verifying the order.
08

Video-response delivery

After payment, the client is redirected to the Tally questionnaire. The five-working-day period begins once TALANTLERS has received payment, the completed questionnaire and all information required to perform the service. The video is shared through a private Loom link and remains available for one year from delivery. The included written clarification must concern the delivered response and be requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
09

Submitted documents

The client confirms that they are authorised to share the documents and that the documents contain no third-party personal data that are unnecessary for the analysis. Files must be readable, uncorrupted and directly related to the questions. TALANTLERS may request a replacement or decline to analyse content that is clearly unlawful, excessive, harmful or unrelated to the service.
10

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw by emailing romain.tisne@talantlers.com. For digital content delivered immediately, loss of this right requires prior express consent and express acknowledgement. If both confirmations are not collected, the right remains available. For the personalised response, the client may expressly ask for performance to begin before the end of this period; if they withdraw after performance has begun, an amount proportionate to the work already performed may remain payable under applicable law. The right does not apply to professional clients acting for business purposes.
11

Licence and intellectual property

Purchasing the booklet or receiving a video grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Reproduction, resale, publication, sharing or redistribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written permission of TALANTLERS Sarl. Clients retain their rights in documents they submit.
12

Scope and liability

Content and responses are educational and based on information supplied by the client. They are neither legal or employment-law advice nor a recruitment decision. TALANTLERS does not guarantee recruitment, an interview, a salary level or any particular professional result. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13

Complaints and mediation

Complaints should first be sent to the commercial contact with sufficient information to identify the order. The parties will seek an amicable solution. Consumers may then contact the Luxembourg National Consumer Ombudsman or another competent body.
14

Personal data

Order, questionnaire, document and video data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Stripe, WeTransfer, Tally, Loom and Microsoft 365 are involved according to their role in payment, delivery, information collection, video hosting and communication.
15

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
